Shareholder meetings

The Annual General Meeting and any Extraordinary General Meeting is announced to shareholders through contact information provided to their financial advisor at Pensum Asset Management, and/or information provided through the VPS registry. Notices are given according to Norwegian Corporate law. Informal information meetings are held when deemed necessary to inform about major developments. These meetings are held in addition to regular digital updates distributed monthly by the companys IR partner.

Board meetings

The Board of Directors convene every one to three months, depending on the amount of strategic tasks at hand. Minutes are recorded and signed by the participating board members or the appointed signatories.

Auditor

The company auditor is Øyvind Julshamn, State Authorized Auditor, employed by Midt-Troms Revisjon AS.
